Micro Biblio Project

2021

The objective of this project was to provide an opportunity for creative folks to fulfill their ambitions of authoring a book, in miniature.  Authors provided the material and I bound it into a micro book.

Description – For the Micro Biblio Project, I asked the community to send me original and creative material. I edited, formatted, and hand bound two micro leather books (dimensions approx 1” x 1.25”).  I gave one of the micro books to the author as a keepsake.    I kept the second book for my micro biblio library.

Exhibited

HBC49: The Hand Bookbinders of California Annual Members’ Exhibition

At American Bookbinders Museum, San Francisco / August 21 - October 30, 2021

The Micro Biblio Project was possible thanks to the participation of many talented people.
