Prana Mudra - the Mudra of life (Sanskrit for energy / life force), used to energize the body when fatigued or depressed. It also helps to strengthen the immune system and is good for the eyes. It’s used to stimulate the Root Chakra (related to red).

Guyan Mudra - the Mudra of Knowledge (Sanskrit for “pure knowledge” or wisdom), used during meditation when seeking a sense of peace or tranquility. Guyan Mudra imparts receptivity & calm, and it’s useful for sharpening mental clarity, including memory, concentration, and the ability to grasp new concepts. It’s used to stimulate the Heart Chakra (related to green).

Anjali Mudra - the Mudra of Namaste (that essentially means "My Divine Aspect Lovingly and Respectfully Greets Your Divine Aspect"), used for praying and greeting each other in respect. Anjali Mudra promotes humility and sense of respect, balances the two hemispheres of the brain, and creates a prayerful state of mind. It’s used to stimulate the Third Eye Chakra (related to indigo blue).

Mandala Mudra - the Mudra of Wholeness (Sanskrit for universe), used for balancing the mind and emotions. The Mandala Mudra is an integral part of Buddhist religious ceremonies, and it’s usually performed in conjunction with religious chants and prayers. It’s used to stimulate the Crown Chakra (related to violet).
